Fast changeover

GPC Electronics uses SMT equipment that can do up to 12 changeovers per line per day.

If you have a product with many variants, we can build a small batch of boards then change to another board type very quickly - even as the previous board type is finishing at the end of the line!

This allows us to build your high mix designs with short order lead times.

It means that products can be built to order from components with minimal finished goods inventory. It's lean manufacturing in action.
